Hi All,<\/p>

Recently freshservice has introduced offboarding feature, and it started showing up in our support portal. But as we already have bundled Service catalog created for offboarding so as of now we do not want to use new offboarding feature and also we want to hide it from our support portal.<\/p>

So could you please guide me how can I hide new offboarding icon from support portal?\u00a0 (Highlighted in yellow)<\/p>

\tAnother solution would be adding an extra drop down field say Type (Incident, Service Request) and hide this in business rules so that it will not be visible in the end user portal but visible in Feedback widget, set up workflow automation to change the ticket type to service request. once this is raised using Feedback widget. In this way at least they still have an option to raise service requests using Feedback widget. Not an ideal one. But still helps to an extent to different incidents and service requests raised via feedback widget.\u00a0<\/p>\t<\/div><\/content-quote>

I want to add single large image as a background of my FreshService Support portal. Currently I can only add section wise. Which is duplicating the image. I just want one Single Background from Top to bottom.<\/p>

I am having an issue where service requests submit via the portal are not showing BOTH the details of the service request and all the comments, replies, and public notes included in the ticket.<\/p>

The portal approval link only shows the details of the requested item:<\/p>

The public ticket link does<\/em>\u00a0show the comments, replies, and public notes, but does NOT show the details of the requested item, nor does it provide a way for the approver to approve the ticket:<\/p>

I need a way to have just one landing page that shows all of the following:<\/p>

    I am having an issue where service requests submit via the portal are not showing BOTH the details of the service request and all the comments, replies, and public notes included in the ticket.<\/p>

    The portal approval link only shows the details of the requested item:<\/p>

as a starter with FreshService a see the option to add multiple portals. This might be an option we like the use.
But I get an error when I enter the URL for this portal. Whatever I fill in generates an error.
So what do I do wrong?<\/p>
