While the migration process is on-going you will notice new changes to the layout, improvised categories, changes to the home menu and articles temporarily missing. Please note that these will gradually be placed in the new categories<\/u>. You may find some categories to be temporarily empty but please do not worry, the migration may extend for a little while we gradually phase the migration of our entire database. We will be moving over 10,000 articles and the migration will happen in phases, please bear with us as this may take a few weeks to complete.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

In the interim, we look forward to your feedback, suggestions, any pages that could be broken, please do alert us on this thread so we\u00a0can keep an eye out and amend immediately. Hi! I am developing an app for FreshDesk. The application makes requests to a 3rd party service and it works without any problems when I run it locally (fdk run). I\u2019m having a bear of a time trying to find a way to add simple plain text to a portion of our helpdesk. When the requestor selects various request types, specific fields are needed for each type. For some (like the one pictured) I need to tell the user something specific\u00a0such as what permissions are needed or equipment they are requesting. The only way I\u2019ve found is to change the display name on something like the text box but then there is a box that they can incorrectly put things in.<\/p>

Ideally, I would like to remove the check boxes altogether and just tell them to put it in the description box the the text section.<\/p>

I\u2019m having a bear of a time trying to find a way to add simple plain text to a portion of our helpdesk. When the requestor selects various request types, specific fields are needed for each type. For some (like the one pictured) I need to tell the user something specific\u00a0such as what permissions are needed or equipment they are requesting. The only way I\u2019ve found is to change the display name on something like the text box but then there is a box that they can incorrectly put things in.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Ideally, I would like to remove the check boxes altogether and just tell them to put it in the description box the the text section.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

I\u2019ve done a fair bit of researching and have found a few articles by others with some potential answers, but none of them have worked for me. Am I just missing the option to add ONLY static text?<\/p>

We have several customer who we help and the more tickets they create, the more help they get meaning that is it worth the invesment that they made hiring us.\u00a0

We\u2019d like to know if there\u2019s a way to know if a customer hasn\u2019t created a single ticket in the last 7 days.\u00a0

I\u2019m pretty sure this can be done with reports but I\u2019d like to know if there\u2019s another option :-)

New Requester Responses that have been added to tickets.<\/p>

The agent currently gets an email when a response has been added to a ticket, but I\u2019d like to add a dashboard widget rather then rely on emails.<\/p>

I can see a column called state when we look at a ticket list, but I don\u2019t seem to be able to filter on state.<\/p>

I understand your concern regarding the Scope. Usually, it happens if you\u2019re trying to edit an \u201cAccount admin\u201ds Scope. You will not be able to do so.

I understand your concern regarding the Scope. Usually, it happens if you\u2019re trying to edit an \u201cAccount admin\u201ds Scope. You will not be able to do so.

Kindly reply back to this thread if you\u2019re facing the issue while editing some other role\u2019s agent.
