Please find the different scenarios through which a contact can be auto-created via emails.\u00a0<\/p>

1. To auto-create contacts via outgoing emails - To do this, navigate to profile settings (on the top right corner) > click on the \u201cSettings\u201d option > enable the checkbox for \u201cAuto-create contacts via email\u201d, this way, whenever a new email is sent out from Freshsales, a contact will be automatically created and this email will be linked to the specific contact.\u00a0

   To auto-create contacts when an email is sent from personal mailbox (gmail\/outlook etc) - To achieve this, you can add the alpha-numeric email address present in your profile settings in the BCC of any email you send out from your mailbox, this will create a contact in the CRM and link the email with it. You can follow one of two methods below:<\/p>

In Freshsales,\u00a0<\/p>

Go to Admin Settings > Email Settings<\/p>

<\/p>

Now add your sales email addresses to the Team Inbox.<\/p>

<\/p>

In Gmail,<\/p>

Go to Gmail > Settings (gear icon)<\/p>

<\/p>

Under the Accounts tab > In the Send mail as section, add the email address that needs to be created as alias.\u00a0<\/p>

<\/p>

Once the alias is verified, go to Freshsales - Click on your profile picture on top right corner > Connect Email \u00a0> Remove the integration by clicking on the trash icon and reconnect Gmail once again.<\/p>

Now, try composing an email and check if the alias addresses are appearing.<\/p>
