I am writing to bring attention to a critical issue that seems to be affecting some of us while using Freshchat's web interface. We followed the guide on connecting a test<\/em> Apple Business Chat to our Freshchat developer trial account. Multiple times, step by step. We get stuck at the \u201ctest connection\u201d portion:<\/p>

Head to the Messages for Business Account page and scroll down to the Messaging Service Provider section.<\/p>

Click on \u2018Test your Messaging Service Provider connection.\u2019<\/p>

After that, you\u2019ll be directed to this Chat Sign-in page where you can sign up for preview access to the Chat integration for Apple Messages for Business. On this page, you would be required to log in with your Chat credentials.<\/p><\/blockquote>

Yep Freshchat was removed from the MSPs and the guide on integrating Freshchat to Apple Messages for Business has been removed from Freshworks\u2019 website. I have a error in my FC, I have 3 lenguages in my config. When I start any conversation in any lenguage (of my website) the chat show the topic in spanish and other topic in the website lenguage.<\/p>
