Hi all- does anyone know how to modify the CC field on the submit a ticket view? We want to make it more obvious what it is because we have a custom business field that is also often referred to as CC (unrelated). Is it possible to select all tickets from a particular contact or email address rather than selecting 30 tickets at a time. I have more than 40K pending tickets and most of them are system generated ones. We are currently trying to design our service catalogue in our new customer portal and are really struggling with software in the catalogue.\u00a0<\/p>

Our current system is an intranet page where people scroll through nearly 100 items in a single list, which is not a great user experience.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

We have reviewed the current list and got it down to about 60 items but it\u2019s still a lot.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

We\u2019ve tried to think up categories, so we can display it better but it\u2019s hard to define in terms of what the customer thinks a piece of software belongs to category wise!\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

We will obviously be using the main\u00a0search functionality, which should help, but I just thought I would ask the community how they have tried to get around this problem?<\/p>

Hi all- does anyone know how to modify the CC field on the submit a ticket view? We want to make it more obvious what it is because we have a custom business field that is also often referred to as CC (unrelated). We\u2019d like to change it from CC to something like \u201cAdd CC to copy someone on your request\u201d.<\/p>

                                                  Hi - I work for a small healthcare startup that requires a BAA (since our clients are patients and entering their name in Freshdesk means I\u2019m entering PHI in Freshdesk and thus require a BAA) and was trying to figure out why I need to buy an Enterprise license when I only need a Freshdesk Starter license. My understanding is that everyone is hosted on the same platform and gets the same level of security and privacy. Has anyone had any experience either getting a less expensive license or getting a very deep discount because they didn\u2019t actually need the functionality in Enterprise? Why does this matter? It takes an annual per person license from $180 to over $1000. It seems like Freshworks would want to support organizations that are helping people navigate and improve their cancer treatment and not force us to spend larger amounts to do this type of good work. Any thoughts?<\/p>
